What is the difference between an alligator clip and a barrette? TOP
We
use metal pinch clips (alligator clips) for our clippies and wrap the
interior of the clip with ribbon. Our barrettes are the traditional
french barrette, which measures approximately 3 inches wide and is
best for girls with thicker hair or older girls. We cover the top of
the barrettes with ribbon as well.
What is No-Slip Grip and how much extra does it cost? TOP
We
attach a small piece of our special hair gripper to the interior top of
the pinch clip to give the clippie more grip for little girls with fine
hair. It is our pleasure to offer you the no-slip grip option
absolutely free!
What do you recommend for my daughter that doesn't have much hair? TOP
Our
baby bands/ headbands are great for little girls without much hair or very fine
hair. They are also soft and comfortable enough for a young baby’s
delicate head.
Can you custom-match a bow for a specific outfit? TOP

If an error on my part is made on your order, I will make the necessary corrections. Any merchandise you receive that is defective can also be returned as long as it has not been used. Please
notify me within 5 days from receipt of your order and I will
determine whether the product the product should be sent back for me to correct,
or if I will just send a new item and have you return the wrong item.
Return authorizations must be issued for any return.
I cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn. Unfortunately, clips and rubber bands cannot be guaranteed. I use the highest quality available hardware and elastics. Also, most clips and
rubber bands will break at some point in time depending on their usage.
Once contact and return authorization has been made, the return to address will be given.
